Normand Morency

Normand Morency has been the director of the Construction division since 2024. He is responsible for the construction department, including commercial and institutional projects. His experience enables him to mentor young managers within his team's projects.

Normand Morency joined Britton in 1976 as an apprentice electrician. Over a period of 17 years, he held positions as a compagnon, foreman, and project manager. In recent years, he has been involved in several major company projects, including the research center, building C, and the Shriners Hospital at the MUHC, building B at the CHUM, the massive IKEA distribution center in Beauharnois, and most recently, the new National Bank tower in downtown Montreal. With the help of two of his colleagues, he established the company’s health and safety committee in 2010.

Normand Morency is passionate about fishing, hiking, and outdoor craftsmanship. He is the father of a daughter and a son, and the grandfather of two granddaughters.
